**What you will be doing**:

- End to end recruitment - advertising, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks and finalising offers
- Provide new team members with a positive onboarding experience
- Partner with people managers to determine recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Attend local job fairs/expos
- Facilitate career information sessions
- Be an inspirational & true business partner to the people leaders across the business with a customer centric mindset
- Administration tasks relevant to recruitment and onboarding in various systems

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in high volume recruitment (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional communication skills
- An attitude focused on teamwork, collaboration and finding the best talent
- Great customer service skills - both over the phone and in person
