Service Advisor

Your duties will included some of the following:

- Consistent Customer interaction via job preparation and updates
- Continual updating of relevant information into our data base
- Parts sourcing and interpreting
- Liase with technicians for clarification and the scheduler
- Assume role of Scheduler during annual leave
- Monitor job status.
- Quoting, Estimates, Job preparation, coordinating and invoicing
- Handle any variations promptly to ensure Lifts are rectified within a timely manner.
- Assisting with Priority calls

Base Hours 38 hr. per week - Hours at discretion of Manager
Uniforms Supplied

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- O'Connor, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
