Great opportunity for experienced
**Civil Foreman**, with solid understanding and experience in Civil Construction - residential subdivisions. This position will support a project located in the
**Gold Coast Region**.

You’ll be responsible of the supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and compliance to all project particulars is upheld and promoting and striving for positive winning team culture and delivering positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

**About you**
You'll have demonstrated knowledge and experience in all facets of Residential Development Civil Construction (Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction, concreting) with a drive for safety, team leadership and ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
