Waitstaff/host

Looking for a waitstaff/host to join our team. Bancho bar is a cocktail and whisky bar in the heart of Chinatown, Haymarket. We have an extensive range of Japanese whiskies, plus others from around the word.

**Duties will include**:

- Host duties, greeting guests at door
- Arranging bookings and making adjustments on the night
- Taking customer orders
- Processing payments
- Running food/drinks
- Resetting tables
- Opening/closing floor

**Required**:

- RSA required
- **Fri/Sat evenings required**:

- Alcoholic product knowledge
- Ability to carry tray
- Confidence to converse and upsell guests.

**Who we're looking for**:

- 1+ years experience in a fast paced bar or restaurant environment.
- Someone whom takes initiative and thinks ahead.
- Ability to multi-task.
