We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and reliable Medical Receptionist with excellent attention to detail for our friendly private psychiatric practice based in Kew.

Below are some of the daily tasks of our Medical Receptionist:

- Meeting & Greeting patients
- Managing incoming phone calls & attending to patients’ enquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing payments
- Liaising with other external parties such as Doctors, WorkCover, TAC..etc
- Scan documents & filing
- Take instructions from Doctors
- Tidy work area
- And other tasks

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
