**About Us**

We are the passive fire protection company of choice for clients and personnel, providing a range of fire protection services throughout NSW and the ACT. We are currently looking for experienced passive fire installers and applicators to join our growing team. **The Position**

This is a full-time casual position. We are currently looking for an experienced passive fire technician with a good understanding of firestopping products and fire-protective coatings:

- Installing fire rated products to service penetrations (e.g. Firefly)
- Installing fireproof insulation materials to mechanical ductwork (e.g FyreWrap)
- Building fire-rated bulkheads and barriers (e.g. Promat/Trafalgar)
- Operating fireproofing spray pumps (e.g. Putzmeister, Graco Mark V)
- Mixing and/or Application of vermiculite and intumescent coatings (e.g. Cafco/Monokote/Firetex)
- Coordinating labour, material, and delivery requirements with management
- Complete work in a timely manner in accordance with Company OHS Policy

**Required**
- White card
- Scissor lift/Yellow card
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience in passive fire installations, systems, & coatings
- Able to pass a drug & alcohol test

**Preferred**

Applicants holding the tickets below will be preferred:

- High-Risk EWP
- RIW/RISI
- Asbestos Awareness
- Silica Awareness

**Remuneration**

$55.00 - $75.00 per hour (rates based on experience)
- + Superannuation contributions
- +Travel Allowance

**Schedule**
- 8-hour shifts - Monday to Friday
- Overtime, shift, and weekend work available

**Experience**
- Experience as a passive fire installer or coatings applicator is required, with a sound knowledge of firestopping products from manufacturers such as Promat, Firefly, Trafalgar, Dulux, etc.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
