**About the role**
We’re looking for a dynamic Support Coordinator to join APM as Partnerships Lead and drive our next stage of growth and customer experience development. This isn’t a sales role. It’s a chance to build real relationships, represent APM across the sector, and help shape the customer experience that keeps clients and referrers coming back.

You’ll be the go-to contact for providers, referrers, and sector partners the person who knows our services inside out and can translate that knowledge into trust, loyalty, and growth. You’ll work alongside our Marketing, Onboarding, and Service Delivery teams to make sure every new referral converts, every customer feels supported, and every referrer knows they’re backed by a Plan Manager that delivers.

**What you’ll do**
- Act as a trusted, dynamic brand ambassador for APM at sector events, forums, and in day-to-day relationships.
- Build, grow, and nurture referral pathways that drive sustainable customer growth.
- Collaborate with our service delivery teams to optimise the customer experience and champion retention.
- Mentor and influence colleagues, sharing your insights as an experienced SC to lift capability across the business.
- Proactively identify new ways to delight customers and referrers and strengthen APM’s reputation as the plan management partner of choice.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experienced Support Coordinator (minimum 2 years) with deep knowledge of the NDIS and the realities SCs face every day.
- A relationship builder at heart, someone who loves connecting, influencing, and creating trust.
- Creative, dynamic, and solutions-focused, with the confidence to represent APM at events and forums.
- Passionate about customer experience and excited to bring forward new ideas that make a difference.
