Found in 1998 in the heart of Sydney, Australia, MindChamps International Preschool & Early Learning (“MindChamps”) is a pathbreaking Preschool and early childhood education with 86 centres operating globally in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)** to join our supportive team in **Shellharbour, NSW**.

As an **Early Childhood Teacher**, your core responsibilities will include:

- Reporting to the Centre Director on teaching matters, this role will implement programmes in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of MindChamps.
- Deliver the training programs and curriculum of MindChamps, in accordance with the National Quality Standard Framework (NQSF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) for Australia
- Create a stimulating and positive environment to support the development
- Assist our Champs in daily routines and meal time in accordance with food safety regulations
- Respond to the emotional needs of our Champs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our Champs and their parents
- Be responsible for the children’s transition to the school program

**What we are looking for**
- A completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current/Valid Working With Children’s Check (WWCC) and relevant First Aid Certificates
- Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
