**The role**:
We are excited to welcome a new group of Customer Excellence Officers to our team who are proudly providing leading edge customer service delivery across South East Waters major customer contact channels

**What you’ll do**:
**Collaborate**: As a critical connection point between South East Water and customers, the Customer Excellence Officer will have the opportunity to work with a great bunch of supportive, committed, customer-focused individuals who have a passion to create a positive and consistent experience for every customer, through every interaction.

**Problem Solve**: With a focus on ensuring the best experience for our customers, our Customer Excellence Officers take ownership for resolving enquiries, identifying appropriate solutions and and aligning them with the customers' requirements.

**Each role offers**:

- Full time hours working shifts that may be rostered between the hours of 7am - 7pm.
- A thorough 4-5 week in-office training and onboarding program.
- A 12-month Fixed term contract with a view to permanency based on performance and operational requirements.
- Hybrid environment - A combination of working from home, as well as in our Frankston office following a fully office-based training period.

- **Team Players**: A dependable, reliable team member with the ability to establish strong working relationships.
