**About the role**

We are on the hunt for freelance Editors to collaborate with us

We are seeking documentary and unscripted editors to work with us on a variety of short-form project work. We are looking for editors with at least 4 years experience and who have a strong sense of story and character, and who are excited to work on commercial and branded content.

Working with our team of Editors based in Sydney and LA, you’ll have extensive experience with Premiere and After Effects, with bonus points for an interest in AI tools for Post as well.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the edit team’s creation of narratively, aesthetically and technically brilliant edits.
- Take raw or prepped footage and assemble it into completed, edited pieces for social, broadcast and marketing channels.
- Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from clients, production stakeholders and accounts leads in order to meet project deadlines.
- Take pre-existing edited finals and create versions and cutdowns.
- Handle multiple videos at one time and provide fast delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between the production and editing environments.

**Experience & Skills**
- 4 years of experience editing a wide range of projects, including shorter, social media-based assets, longer scripted pieces, commercial or documentary.
