Are you a vibrant and confident individual with a knack for customer service? We're looking for you to join our team as a Sales Assistant

As part of the Holloway Air & Electrical team, you'll be the friendly face that customers trust and rely on for their heating and cooling needs. Your bubbly personality and exceptional customer service skills will shine as you assist customers, estimate project requirements, and guide them through our range of products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the welcoming voice answering phones and scheduling client appointments
- Use your confident demeanour to assist customers in our showroom.
- Engage customers in lively discussions about their needs and the benefits of our products and services.
- Craft personalized quotes that demonstrate our commitment to quality and affordability
- Showcase your deep understanding of our product lineup to customers
- Highlight the benefits and features of our systems with enthusiasm and energy
- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction at every step
- Keep our database organized and up-to-date with client contact information

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- A vibrant personality and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to estimate labor and material requirements accurately
- Passion for learning about heating and cooling systems (prior knowledge is a bonus)
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Proficiency in data collection and management
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks with a smile

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

- East Bendigo, VIC 3550 (required)
