Cro Specialist

**Are you a skilled CRO Specialist with a strong background in UX, UI and CX?**:

Sitting as part of the data team, the CRO strategist is an experienced, data-driven professional focused on driving digital strategies and experiences to help improve the customer journey, in line with the client’s objectives.
- THE ROLE**Deliver and implement innovative CRO strategies.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research, diagnose, strategise and execute on CRO initiatives
- Collaborate with your team, stakeholders and clients
- Build and manage experiment backlog and roadmap
- Formulate hypotheses, and prioritise initiatives
- Turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
- Implement and track experiments
- Report on test success and failures, and present findings to clients
- Help build a strong and mature product offering
- Be a mentor to others within Sparro looking to develop their skill-set
- Promote Sparro values and culture

You have experience in researching, designing and implementing CRO initiatives in a range of industries and contexts.

You’re able to build strategic and actionable insights from research, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to create tangible outcomes for our clients. You are comfortable developing a range of bespoke solutions for a diverse set of niches.

Finally, you are able to operate as an internal champion for all things CRO across the business. Helping to upskill other team members, whilst spotting opportunities for collaboration.

**Your skills**:

- Proven UI, UX and CX skills
- Strong HTML, CSS and JS skills
- Experience with engagement and behavioural platforms (Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Fullstory)
- Experience with CRO tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield)
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT**The performance of the CRO Specialist will be determined based on their ability to**:

- Build CRO product and capability within Sparro with Product Director
- Build successful tests and drive results to meet clients business objectives
- Lead and grow the CRO team
- Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro
