As a (P/T - Casual) **Social Media, Digital & Print Material Coordinator**, you will be responsible for coordinating content and strategies for our social media and other digital platforms, as well as the production of print material, created on a monthly basis for upcoming promotions.

**Activities include**:

- Building and managing a solid social media calendar.
- With Team Support - Regular and consistent posting of engaging and contemporary club content.
- Creating social media content within the club featuring Staff and Club members.
- Using Canva to produce monthly posters and material for upcoming promotions.
- Managing content on other digital marketing platforms such as the Westfield Hub & Groupon.
- Explore other avenues for digital promotion and awareness creation.
- Some Reception and Membership Consultant activities.
- Attending regular professional national training sessions.

**Your skillset**:

- Experienced in Social Media Planning and Implementation.
- Knowledgeable with digital analytics and metrics.
- Creative and lateral thinking with promotional avenues.
- Proficiently know your way around Canva.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Able to work in a team as well as autonomously.
- Outgoing, Fun and rises to a challenge.
- Enjoys setting and achieving goals and targets.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.10 - $31.33 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
