Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services. Our client is a national FMCG company that manufactures and blow molds milk bottles. We are currently recruiting for Process Workers, to be based in the Penrith area. **Benefits**: - Plenty of overtime - Working for a well-known national company - Onsite Parking - Attractive pay rate of $42-$55 **About your new role**: - General cleaning of production area including benches & equipment. - Lifting bags of empty milk bottles from stack, removing, bags & and placing empty bottles into loading trays. - Remove dividers and transfer to the loading stack, ensure bottles are upright, intact and undamaged, use of Pallet Jack - Manual, Bagging - Tear off new bag, load bag with empty milk bottles, bag placed in machine to seal bag, bag of empty milk bottles placed on stack. - Use of Safety Hook Knife to open plastic bags, at times could be involved in removing blockages which involves following the line and removing a fallen empty milk bottle from the line. - Label Roll Changing, General cleaning duties picking up any offcuts of plastic that may have fallen on the ground. **About you**: - Availability to work morning, afternoon & night shifts - Willingness to learn and a "can-do" attitude - Ability to operate machinery in a safe manner - Ability to work in a loud environment **Who we are** As one of Australia's largest employers, we work with great companies all around Australia and New Zealand to give you the best opportunities to work when and where you want to.
