Barista/supervisor

We are looking for an experienced **Cafe Supervisor** who is keen to establish and lead teams.

Part time or Full time (No Casual)

Job tasks and responsibilities:

- Great communication skills.
- Maintaining an exceptionally high standard of customer service;
- Passion for quality specialty coffee.
- A strong focus on service and ability to work in a fast environment.

To be successful, you will:

- Have a minimum of 1 experience as a Cafe Supervisor
- Strong Barista skills and all-rounder skills
- Have demonstrable skills in leading and motivating a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DONCASTER, VIC 3108: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
