Fixed Term Part Time

**Your role in our future.**

An exciting opportunity exists to join the research team within the Parkville Familial Cancer Centre (PFCC). The Centre provides a comprehensive cancer genetics service including cancer risk assessment, genetic counselling, genetic testing, medical advice and management as well as psychological support to individuals with concerns about their personal and/or family history of cancer. The Centre is also a hub for clinical and translational research projects.

In this role, you will assist in the conduct of the Variants in Practice (ViP) Study - a large multi-site translational research study investigating the inherited causes of breast and ovarian cancer. You will perform a range of study related tasks including collecting and entering cancer and genetics data from patient medical records, communicating study information to participants, organising the collection of participant samples and assisting with general research administrative tasks.
