**Position Summary**: Provides janitorial services and general maintenance of warehouse and surrounding grounds. Performs routine maintenance throughout the warehouse. Follows proper safety and security procedures and standards

**Job Duties/Essential Functions**:

- Cleans Depot floors (Chiller, Freezer, DRY) by self-propelled floor scrubbing machinery.
- Restocks supplies
- Empties trash from designated areas throughout the Depot.
- Operates garbage compactor, cardboard baler and power equipment.
- Cleans and sanitize Depot offices, break room, kitchen, change room, first aid room, optical, restrooms and all areas of the building by Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, spraying, and wiping.
- Follows proper maintenance and general safety and security procedures, such as tagging and locking off power access
- When working on electrical equipment, wearing safety goggles when using compactor and baler and product disposal.
- Assists in other areas of the Depot as necessary
- Provides a prompt and courteous customer service to employees and contractors
- Must be able to work in split shift/ rotating roster / Saturdays
- Must be physically fit
- Chiller/Cold /Freezer temperature work may be required

**_ Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery:_**
- Scrubber/Sweeper, Baler Machine, Walk behind scrubber, Phone, calculator, handheld two-way radio.

**Non-Essential functions**:

- Assists in other departments where necessary.
- Education/Training: High school Certificate
- Skills: Janitorial, maintenance, or comparable experience

**Other specific requirements**:

- **If successful, you will be required to undertake role & department specific training within specified timeframes
