Our client is looking for individuals to join their committed team that strives to generate a comforting, homelike atmosphere within their aged care organisation.

**In this role, you'll take on tasks including**:

- Monitoring and documenting vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation levels
- Play a significant role in pain management through the regular repositioning of residents
- Motivate and help residents engage in social activities within the facility
- Support meal services by assisting residents with eating, serving snacks and drinks according to their specific needs, and adhering to safe food handling protocols
- Provide care for residents dealing with cognitive impairments and implement behaviour management strategies detailed in their care plans
- Offer personal care services like oral and dental hygiene, skin care, nail upkeep, and the cleaning of glasses and hearing aids
- Providing help with showers, toileting, dressing etc.

**To be considered for the role, you will possess**:

- An inherent passion and commitment to delivering top-tier care to the elderly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to varying situations
- At least 3 years in a similar role as a personal carer or nurse
- A positive outlook and a keen interest to live and work permanently in Australia
