About the role

Redcape Hotel Group is currently seeking a committed hospitality professional to join the Leadership team at Eden Brewhouse. Assisting the Venue Manager to successfully operate the hotel in a hands-on role which combines both FOH and BOH duties.

**Responsibilities**:
Supporting the Venue Manager with day-to-day operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include;
- Leading a team of bar, gaming and food staff as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regards to venue cleanliness and presentation.
- Utilizing problem solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
