**Recoveries Team Leader** to take charge of our skilled team of recovery professionals. If you have a proven track record in debt collections, a passion for supporting businesses, and the ability to motivate a high-performing team, we want to hear from you

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Design and execute innovative collection strategies that expedite payments and cultivate positive rapport with debtors.
- Expertly guide the collections team, delegating tasks, setting ambitious targets, and delivering tailored training to optimise performance.
- Meticulously maintain debtor records, ensuring all contact information, payment history, and communication is up to date.
- Regularly assess team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with debtors, negotiating realistic payment plans and addressing any concerns.
- Stay current on collections regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the team's adherence to industry standards.
- Provide comprehensive performance reports to senior management, showcasing essential metrics such as collection rates, aging reports, and customer satisfaction.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Demonstrated experience as a collections team leader with a history of exceeding targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of collections regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in data analysis, trend identification, and offering actionable feedback for team improvement.
- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities, with a knack for multitasking and prioritising effectively.
