**Salary**: $85,000/$95,000 (depending on the experience) + 10.5 % Superannuation

**NEAT CEMENT RENDERING PTY LTD** are looking for an experienced **Solid Plasterer** for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Rose Bay, NSW.

The Solid Plasterer will be responsible for the following duties:

- Set angles, screed walls, and carry out rendering tasks as required
- Mix plaster materials, such as cement, sand, lime, and water, following specific ratios and instructions.
- Install and repair drywall, plasterboard, and other wall and ceiling materials.
- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople.
- Adhere to project timelines, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

- At least 03 years of Proven experience as a Solid Plasterer, with a passion for producing high-quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Experience with rendering, setting angles, screeding walls, Venetian plaster and microcement
- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
- Own transport and tools
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
