Augusta is an Independent Public School. The School Council is made up of school staff and parents. The School Council works with the school leadership team to develop the school Strategic Plan, the Annual Operation Plan and budget to ensure that we continue to cater for each student in a rapidly growing school focused on increased learning outcomes for students.
About the Role
As a Deputy Principal at Augusta State School you will work collaboratively with a strong leadership team to lead the school community to implement a shared vision, focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students, by:

- Developing, maintaining and enhancing school culture through strategic leadership to enhance outcomes for at risk students.
- Drive school improvement in relation to whole school A-E data.
- Developing data literacies in staff to deliver a differentiated curriculum.
