The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team to drive delegate sales across all Large-Scale Events Nationally.

IQPC Australia is in EXPANSION mode so this is an exciting time for an Delegate Sales Team Leader to join our diverse Sydney team. We are a global organisation with offices in New York, London, Singapore, Germany, and Tampa.

We are fast-paced, highly driven and committed to delivering results for our customers and we're looking for fresh sales talent to join us on our journey

Our amazing clients include some of the biggest brands in B2B, including **Cisco, IBM, Qlik, Salesforce, Zoom** to name just a few.

**What you will do**:

- Manage a small team of Delegate Sales Executives
- Monitor Daily/Weekly/Monthly Performance
- Coaching and Development of staff
- Assist in the recruitment and ongoing training
- Work with the marketing team to continue to improve and develop attraction models for audience acquisition
- Research and speak to C Level executives and stay across current economic issues
- Grow and manage your own pipeline and sales whilst assisting the team with theirs

- A highly ambitious individual who is keen to take a leap to the next level in their sales careers and increase their earning potential
- A strong communicator with the ability to engage with senior-level decision makers on the phone, face-to-face or virtual meetings
- A hunter mentality Ability to research and identify new prospects and sales opportunities
- Strong client focus and relationship development experience to drive customer retention and key account management
- Team player and collaborator who can work closely with marketing and digital delivery teams
- Goal orientated - are you someone who loves to smash sales targets?
