At **Eden Academy Wollongbar**, our centre is a special place designed to nurture young minds and hearts, and designed to feel like a home away from home.

Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 100 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**About You**
As our new Centre Manager you will:

- **Empowers** educators to nurture children’s independence and curiosity

**What You’ll Bring**:

- You'll hold a **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights
- Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate
- Responsible and ready with your Food Safety certificate
- A warm, approachable and professional manner
- You love building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community
