**As an inclusion Teacher you will**:
Work collaboratively to plan, deliver and monitor supports for students with diverse needs.
Provide targeted interventions aligned to student goals and Individual Support Plans.
Support classroom teachers in implementing differentiated teaching strategies.
Liaise with families, specialists, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Be an advocate for equity, participation, and belonging for every child.

Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
