Ginger & Smart are looking for a permanent Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our Melbourne Bourke St David Jones Concession.

**_ About the role_**

As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you will be a Ginger & Smart brand ambassador, representing the values and contributing to a clientelling culture. You will be collaborating with the team to achieve KPI goals, build relationships and influence customer brand loyalty. Ability to style customers in our latest collections and keep up to date with the latest fashion trends.

**_ About you_**
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Eagerness to build & nurture a VIP customer base
- Team player who is self-motivated, well-organized & has great problem-solving skills
- Be passionate about fashion and people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Love our brand Be a Ginger & Smart role model to your team & customers
- Ability to work 3 or 4 days per week (20-30hrs)
