**Marketing Specialist**
- Permanent full-time position

- Salary $75,000 to $80,000 per year plus superannuation
- Brisbane based.

Casphone is looking for a professional Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The position is responsible for providing support to the sales and consultancy teams and promoting the business brand in Queensland.

Your duties will include:

- Developed and coordinated the new website's project, working closely with the agency and developers to ensure the platform would reflect the company's branding.
- Content creation for social media and online platforms, like posts, articles, and videos.
- Preparation and execution of marketing plans and collateral materials, like brochures, posters, flyers, infographics, product catalogues, internal and external presentations, and promotional materials.
- Scripted, created and edited the corporate video to promote the product lines.
- Provide input Into current Initiatives across departments and suggest improvements, ensuring it aligns with the marketing objectives.
- Preparation and analysis of sales, best sellers, trends, and business opportunities for stakeholders based on Data Analytics, Market Research and Data Mining.
- Preparation of reports and analysis on digital tools, digital metrics, and associated analytics - bounce rate, impressions, new users, followers, reactions, comments, sharing, etc.
- Responsible for developing, coordinating and control the marketing budgeting.
- Product's stock, inventory and forecast coordination and reporting.
- Internal processes optimisation like enquires, sales, inventory, and procurement to support internal operations, supply management and growth initiatives.
- Responsible for the quote process management - quote preparation, communication and registering.
- Sales and Quality document management - coordination, verification, and communication.

The successful applicant will need:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing
- 2 years proven success in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent management skills
- Good understanding of marketing methodologies.
- Be proactive and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a small team environment and culture where flexibility is essential.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience working on several projects simultaneously, showing a commitment to ongoing education and self-improvement. Being multi-lingual is an advantage.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
