The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated, skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team partnering with Coles Supermarkets. You’ll be responsible for scheduled and proactive refrigerant leak detection, to keep the sites operating safely and efficiently.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Communicate effectively and build strong on-site working relationships
- Complete leak testing reports to identify and describe all leaks found
- Capture all time associated with day-to-day activities using company supplied platforms
- Be willing to undertake short courses and e-learning content to better understand the operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Be willing to be provided on the job training and ongoing development by licensed RHVAC technicians to improve effectiveness of leak testing outcomes

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Proven hands-on mechanical, maintenance or trade experience
- Experience working within Refrigeration, HVAC, Appliance, Electrotechnology, Hydraulic or Building/Facilities Management industries
- Ability to utilise smart phone
- Competency to undertake semi-skilled work under limited supervision
- Mechanically minded, safety-focused and solution-driven
- Current Australian driver’s licence and own transport
