We’re looking for a passionate Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) to join our high-performing team and deliver industry-recognised training that equips IT professionals with the skills they need to thrive. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

If you love translating complex tech into engaging learning experiences - both virtually and in the room - we want to hear from you.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Delivering Cisco-authorised courses across areas like Routing & Switching, Data Centre, Enterprise Networking or Security

Leading virtual and in-person sessions with strong engagement and practical hands-on support

Updating and preparing course materials and labs to reflect the latest standards

Supporting learners through certification preparation, Q&A, and troubleshooting
- Working closely with internal teams to customise content for client needs

**What you’ll bring**:
Active CCSI credential (essential)

Experience delivering Cisco-authorised training

Certifications in CCNP Enterprise or Data Centre

At least 3+ years’ experience in real-world networking or data centre environments

Strong communication, adaptability, and a genuine love of learning and teaching

Cisco Security certifications SCOR, SISE - highly regarded

Experience delivering ENCOR, DCCOR, DCACI - highly regarded
- Knowledge across Service Provider track e.g. CLSOR - highly regarded
