We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a bartender, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests in our café and new restaurant. If you have a flair for crafting cocktails, pouring the perfect pint, and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Mix and serve a variety of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Deliver warm and engaging hospitality to our bar and restaurant patrons.
- Maintain the bar and service areas, including stock management.
- Assist with deliveries and monthly stocktakes.
- Wait tables and serve food and drinks.
- Craft exceptional coffees and other beverages.
- Handle washing up and general cleaning duties.
- Ensure basic food preparation and safety standards are met.
- Manage cash handling and register operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Adhere to food safety requirements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven bar knowledge and experience.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
- Well-presented with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable transport and a valid RSA certificate.
