A rare opportunity to join Anglicare's Senior leadership team leading Anglicare's Early Childhood Portfolio, across ACT and Southern NSW. Anglicare's Early Childhood Services are the first centres in Australia to be Sanctuary Certified and we embed a trauma informed approach to our programs and ensure the wellbeing of children and employees is at the forefront of our services.

We are seeking a collaborative Early Childhood Manager who will work alongside a committed team of Directors to continue the excellent programs provided to the children and families within our communities. The ECEC Manager must be emotionally intelligent, able to support the development of Directors and lead the teams with courage and curiosity.

The ECEC Manager is required to implement effective supervision of Centre Directors to support their professional growth and development. Ensuring Centre day to day operations are managed well and that all state and territory regulations and laws are adhered to at all times; while working closely with Centre Directors to ensure high quality, trauma informed and culturally inclusive programs are delivered and all operational procedures are adhered to in a safe and efficient manner;
The ECEC Manager will develop and implement culturally informed trauma practices in conjunction with Centre Directors for use when working with Aboriginal children and families.

A commitment to open communication and psychological safety is required to ensure the Anglicare values are practiced every day.

Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education are mandatory with five years leadership experience preferred.
