**The Opportunity**

Join the talented team at The Smile Artisans as a Videographer and Social Media Manager. In this full-time role based in Mortlake NSW, you will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating video content and managing the company's social media presence to engage and delight customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualise, film, edit and produce high-quality video content to showcase the company's services and culture
- Manage and grow the company's social media channels, including planning, scheduling and publishing engaging posts
- Monitor social media performance and analytics to continuously improve content strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement successful social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's digital presence remains innovative and effective

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills
- Proficient in video editing software
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Meta and Tiktok), content creation and analytics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider marketing team
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for creating visually appealing and engaging content
