Junior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of contract documents and tenders

Assist the lead estimator in developing project estimates

Help in the tracking of project expenditures and budgeting

Assist the project delivery team with all commercial matters

Issue and manage quote requests to subcontractor

Assist with construction resourcing and administration

Liaise with site supervisor and client stakeholders

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software

Eagerness to learn and work as part of a dynamic team
