**Description of the Role**

**Focusing the Core Responsibilities**:
**Relationship Management & Account Growth**
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their evolving needs, exceeding expectations, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen partnerships, increase revenue within key accounts, and expand market share.

**New Customer Acquisition**
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, exceeding expectations, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen partnerships, increase revenue, and expand market share within key accounts.

**Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation**
- Drive sales growth by managing the sales cycle, achieving revenue targets, and conducting market research to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and presentations that resonate with prospects and clients.

**Client & Market Insights**

Gain deep market and client insights: Regularly meet with clients and prospects to understand their needs, industry trends, and challenges.
- Maintain deep product knowledge: Stay current on the company's product offerings, particularly in SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics, Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP), and Data & Advanced Analytics, to effectively serve clients.

**Collaboration & Teamwork**
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting marketing and lead generation efforts and participating in internal initiatives.

**Specific Skills, Qualifications and Experience required for the Position**

**Experience**: 5-7 years of proven success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the tech or enterprise software industry, with a strong focus on platform solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics), hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP), and Data & Advanced Analytics.
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales, with a focus on both relationship management and new customer acquisition.
- **Technical Competencies**:

- Familiarity with platform solutions like SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and build rapport with senior decision-makers.
- **Relationship Building**: Proven ability to develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, managing multiple stakeholders.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to create and execute strategies that drive sales growth, while managing customer expectations and fostering collaboration across teams.
- **Education**: Bachelor of Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- **Technical Aptitude**: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a good understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in the ANZ region.

**Preferred Attributes**

Existing network of relationships with key decision-makers in relevant industries within the ANZ market.
- Proven track record in successfully acquiring and managing key accounts.
- Ability to balance the acquisition of new customers with the nurturing of existing client relationships to ensure long-term success.

**Salary -**Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and commission structure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per month
