The club features a spacious gym floor with dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas and an outdoor training space coming soon, 5 group exercise studios and spaces for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre, (and more), with our brand new Boxing studio, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, club-V for the kids, and a bustling café for post workout treats.

**Your Gig**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll connect people to a gym membership that empowers them to live happily ever active.

- You'll understand peoples' goals, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them.
- You'll provide people with relevant solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- You'll deliver warm and genuine interactions where queries and feedback are handled effectively.
- You'll create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a non-intimidating sign-up process and a thorough set-up to ensure they have a smooth first visit.
- You'll identify and gain new members through daily activities like prospect and retention calls, community activations (always loads of fun) and following up leads and referrals.
- You'll get a comprehensive four week induction to set you up for success and ongoing product and sales training ensure you optimise your results.
- You'll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach your targets.

**All about you**:

- You're passionate about fitness, patient, level-headed and cool under pressure with relevant customer service, retail or hospitality experience.
- You're comfortable on the phones and get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets.
- You're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're curious and love to learn about people so that you can come up with prescriptive solutions to kick start their fitness journey.
- You're a team player. You love voicing ideas with your team mates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand. A+ for you.
- You're able to work full time hours on a rotating roster
