**Skill Requirements**
- Have ENERGY, PERSONALITY and an excellent WORK ETHIC
- Sound art product knowledge & a genuine passion for art
- Have the ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as be part of a wider team
- Have previous experience as a Retail Manager
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and build sales & service through exceptional store management
- Sound knowledge of retail requirements, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation
- Be able to deal with difficult circumstances with a high level of resilience whilst giving great customer service
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication, organisational & relationship building skills

**Key Duties**
- Leading, coaching, training, developing and managing colleague/s
- Recruitment of staff
- Building new relationships and attracting new customers
- Driving sales and store profitability
- Managing strong financial results and achievement of business KPI’s;
- Creating the unique store experience with high level customer service
- Facilitating store requirements ie stock levels, order requirements, staffing etc
- Resolve and report on customer issues
- Ensuring company policy and procedures are followed at all times

**Hours**
- Permanent part time: 60 hours per fortnight
