**he Role**:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team in the position of Senior Technician. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide structural and contents restoration services to clients whose properties have been damaged by extenuating circumstances such as fire, flood or malicious damage. Duties will include cleaning, deodorising and restoring carpets, furniture and other building contents, as well as cataloging and transporting items when onsite restoration is not possible. **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Attend water damage, fire damage, sewerage ingress & mould jobs
- Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works as required, including equipment installation & monitoring
- Liaise with internal office staff, project managers & external clients
- Prepare & present damage, inspection & inventory lists reports for insurers
- Complete all necessary job documentation
- Travel around Brisbane
- Work away from home on occasion
- Work a rotating on-call roster, including occasional afterhours & weekend shifts

- Prior experience as a Restoration Technician, essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high pressure environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive nature & good work ethic
- Physical fitness
- IICRC qualification, highly regarded
- Valid & clean drivers licence
