Key competencies (role specific criteria)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

- Poven experience and knowledge to design and co-ordinate small to medium scale projects or work packages, including the management of risk and the planning, scheduling and tracking of activities and deliverables within a laboratory environment
- Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project program/ project environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage one or more defined communication channels and/ or stakeholder groups and facilitate the business change decision making process and the planning and implementation of change
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and an ability to work unsupervised whilst co-ordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities
- Experience in, or the ability to assist with the compilation of program/ project information, maintenance of program/ project files and the preparation and presentation of reports in a capital works program context
- Understanding of laboratory work processes
- Understanding of capital works delivery processes.

Qualifications, registrations and other requirements
- There are no mandatory requirements for this role however, Project Management skills and knowledge of pathology laboratory work processes will be highly regarded.
