**Your new company**
My client are renowned for their expertise in the commercial joinery industry, with over 40 years in the business, they have grown and are now expanding into the Melbourne market. With projects ranging from office and retail fit outs to government and healthcare refurbishments, this company have a strong portfolio of impressive projects.

**Your new role**
- Assist senior project managers with ongoing workflow
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attend site visits, schedule installations and coordinate floor staff
- Ensure that projects are running to the requirements of client and within budget
- Ensure site staff are provided with the correct materials and equipment
- Occasionally assisting with installing projects if need be

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Joinery Installer, with experience in cabinetry, furniture and shop-fitting as well as the following:

- Your own tools and vehicle
- Experience in the commercial joinery and fit-out industry with sound knowledge of OHS procedures
- A willingness to learn and upskill as you move into a more office based role
- Highly organised and capable of managing trades onsite and in factory to coordinate projects
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
