**About Chorus**
Chorus brings a fresh approach to community service.
Through our network of 20 locals, we support approx. 10,000 seniors, people living with disability or in mental health recovery to thrive in their community.
This local network is supported by a small team of talented, committed and multi skilled enablers and we are looking for someone to complement this team who brings a depth of NDIS knowledge and experience. But that’s not all.
You will also bring an ability to think from a whole system perspective and design framework that that can deliver a great and safe service experience, at scale and in a low supervision environment.

**About you**
- You bring deep knowledge and experience working with the NDIS and NDIS customers and can use that knowledge to empower customers and their support teams.
- You can bring a whole systems perspective to service design, management and governance.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and are energized by leading change.
- You have exceptional relationship management skills and can balance competing priorities.
- You love to work collaboratively and to participate in shared problem solving and decision making.
- You are excited by the opportunity using digital tools to improve the customer experience
**About the work**
You will work with the local leadership network and enabling colleagues to evolve our current practice by:
- Defining and implementing a clear and simple disability support framework (including policies and procedures) that meets our 4 commitments:
- Making things easy for customers
- Being a great place to be
- Keeping each other safe and well
- Confidently managing money
- Providing advice and coaching that enables improved performance for our locals and better service quality for our NDIS customers.
- Provide direct service planning and customer relationship support to locals whose NDIS customers have more complex support needs.
**Required**
- NDIS worker screening check
- Current Australian Drivers Licence and your own vehicle that you can use for work purposes.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the metro area and occasionally to the Southwest Region.
