Cleaning Supervisor

We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities and are currently seeking **hardworking**,**reliable** and **friendly**team members who have great communication skills and supervising experience to join our team at **Brisbane Racing Club (230 Lancaster Rd, Ascot QLD 4007 - Eagle Farm Racecourse)**

**The position**
- Full Time Supervisor, Monday to Friday from 6:00AM to 2:00PM.

As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:
As you will be working within an academic environment, you will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:

- Full Time working rights
- A valid Police Check
- Australian Driver License

As the **Supervisor**you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Attend daily briefings with our client and other contractors working onsite.
- Completing equipment checks and reporting any issues to the Manager.
- Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.

**Essencial experience in**:

- Managing people
- Site inspections
- Staff training
- Indidents reports
- Performance reviews

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a **team player** with a **strong customer service**skills** and an ability to **follow directions** and **work autonomously**. Experience in cleaning is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided.
