**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Trainee Service Advisor** to join the team at** Honda Rockdale**on a full time basis. As a **Trainee Service Advisor**, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

**You will be trained to perform the following**:

- Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
- Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
- Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
- Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
- Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
- Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs

**Requirements for the role will involve the following**:

- Customer service commitment, eager to understand customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems; open to technical learning.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and commitment to growth.
- Current driver's license.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment; openness to continuous learning.
- Problem-solving mindset for effective customer issue resolution.
