Our client is an established and growing pureplay eCommerce women’s fashion brand, that have a large following on social media. This is an opportunity for Junior Merchandise Planner to be part of the journey.

This role is responsible for product planning and supporting the buying team in managing the flow of stock, product performance analysis to help make product related decisions that achieve growth targets and ensure delivery of profitable ranges throughout the year.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the buying team to achieve sales and drive profitability
- Liaise with buyers to ensure on time delivery and place repeat orders
- Manage the integrity of departmental data, to ensure the smooth flow of information from SKU creation to reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports. Suggest and develop new reports to aid in buying decisions and contribute to company growth and profitability
- Analyse stock on hand, identify slow moving lines and high potential styles to re-order or re-develop.
- Assist the Buying Manager with management of the OTB, update the WSSI and sales forecast.
- Assist the Warehouse manager to forecast space and inbounding requirements.
- Work with the Buying Manager to develop and implement the promotional and markdown strategy, suggest promos to run and produce promotional stock lists and markdown lists to optimise sales and stock turn.
- Analyse size ratios to optimise new styles and re-orders.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Fashion and/or eCommerce experience is advantageous
- Thorough understanding of the merchandise planning and production process
- Exceptionally strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytically skills to analyse reports, draw conclusions and make commercial decisions
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
