Aje invites you to be a part of this new era as we have a brand new and exciting opportunity for an Inventory Lead to join our Aje Boutiques.

The role of the Aje Inventory Lead is to oversee customer care for the Aje boutiques. Your role is integral to ensure a premium and seamless customer experience, and encourage customer loyalty through visual merchandising, operational excellence and stock management.

This role will work a Monday to Friday roster, from 7:00am - 3:00pm.

**As The Aje Inventory Lead your role will include**:

- Actioning and managing all Floor to Door transactions, Click and Collects and Shop from store transactions in a timely manner
- Receive, inspect and unpack all incoming shipments, highlighting any discrepancies, damages and delays
- Process damaged stock on a timely basis according to company guidelines
- Accepting new deliveries and ensuring stock is unpacked, neat and tidy with correct labels attached
- Actioning and managing all consolidation requests in a timely manner
- Managing fortnightly stock rotation from 'home" back room to offsite (If the home has an offsite)
- Ensure that pathways and stock accessibility is clear from rubbish, leftover stock and cartons
- Responsible for supporting Store Manager with preparation & execution for stocktake
- Reporting and managing stock discrepancies efficiently
- Restocking on floor items daily and maintain VM displays
- Be the first point of contact to collect stock from an offsite for a customer
- Enhance client experience by ensuring stock is easily accessible
- Work with management team to understand sales trends and arrange back of house stock to ensure trending items can be accessed in a timely manner
- Ensuring product labels are constantly maintained to reflect accurate stock position for functionality
- Develop and share ideas to increase stock efficiency
- Previous experience in a retail and/or customer service role
- A love for being in a fast pace, growing business and are able to adapt to change - it is retail after all
- A result-driven mentality and are able to exceed performance indicators
- An engaging and natural approach when creating lasting customer relationships - repeat visitors are at the heart of measuring our success
- An admirable passion for sharing the Aje story and product no matter what season it is
- The ins and outs of the current fashion trends, domestically and internationally
- Assisting customers with merchandise (styling, sizing, product knowledge)
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the product and brand to provide advice and recommendations as needed
- Converting customers into sales
- Achieving store budgets and KPIs
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Answering queries from customers
- Dealing with customer refunds

- Ability to lift up to 20 kg
