**About the Role**:
**Swim Teacher Responsibilities**:

- Teach life-saving skills using **play-based lesson plans** that inspire **confidence and joy**.
- Foster a **safe, inclusive and welcoming environment** for little fish and their families.
- Celebrate **milestones and progress**, creating memorable moments for kids.

**Customer Service Responsibilities**:

- Be the **first friendly face** families meet at Fish N Flips, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- ** Provide expert advice** on swim programs, enrolments, and class progress.
- Handle **enquiries, bookings, and payments** using our POS system.
- ** Problem-solve on the spot** to ensure smooth lesson operations and delighted families.
- Assist with **pool setups and maintaining a sparkling venue**.

***What We’re Looking For**:

- A **Blue Card** (Working with Children Check).
- ** CPR and First Aid certifications** (or willingness to obtain).
- A **customer-focused, engaging personality** with excellent communication skills.
- ** Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Qualification**(or willingness to obtain)
