We are a well-established not-for-profit organisation providing specialist educational tuition to students who learn differently. All tuition is conducted on a one-to-one basis, either in person or via personal videoconferencing.

Please contact us if you would like to be a part of our positive, and energetic environment and work with young children (primary and secondary) in one of the following areas:

- Literacy (reading, writing, spelling)
- English (primary and secondary)
- Maths (primary and/or secondary)
- Science

We look for certain personal qualities in our tutors; importantly:

- Intelligence
- A degree of personal competency with English and/or maths or Science
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Compassion
- Intuition and initiative
- A genuine interest in helping others to achieve their potential

Tuition sessions occur before and after school and on Saturdays with some taking place during school hours. We offer above award rates and a positive work environment as well as flexibility to allow you to work around your university commitments.

Training and ongoing mentoring are provided, and Case Managers are always available to provide real-time support and guidance.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
