**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Outstanding Service** - Engage with guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized, attentive service.
- **Ensure Precision in Orders** - Accurately process requests, accommodate dietary needs, and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- **Maintain a Pristine Environment** - Set up, reset, and maintain event spaces, ensuring a polished and professional atmosphere.
- **Be a Menu Expert** - Stay knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings, confidently assisting guests with recommendations.
- **Work as a Team** - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- **Adapt & Excel** - Thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintaining high standards and professionalism.
- **Uphold Safety & Hygiene** - Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure environment.
