1. Ability to work in a cold environment

2. Ability to maintain consistent attendance

3. Ability to complete tasks as an individual or in a team environment

4. Trade qualified & red meat experience

5. Be able to use and understand the safety of a bandsaw

6. Be able to manage raw material & finished goods stock

7. Maintain a clean and organised work station
