Retail Manger

Overseeing pricing and stock control and Pilbara bakehouse and cafe.
- Mange budgets. Actively involved in Costing and budgeting at all the time.
- Maintain statistical and financial records.
- Select, recruit, train and engage with the team by providing feedback and coaching to develop their performances.
- Facilitate Staff development.
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
- Always implement and ensure with occupational health and safety regulation.
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
- Ensure the staff provide great customer service.
- Handle customer issues, and deal with complaints from customers to maintain the Pilbara bakehouse and cafe reputation.
- Must be in constant contact with the customers and the staff.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display.

**Relevant Qualifications**:

- AQF Diploma Level and on the job experience.

**Relevant experiences**:

- At least 02 years work experience as a Retail manager.

**Relevant Skills**:

- Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness.
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Multitasking ability to ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed on time.
- High visual merchandising standards.
- Experience in working a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and friendly personality.

Pay: $78000 - $80000.00 per year
