**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Retail Manager** to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our service station and convenience store. The role involves managing staff, controlling inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and coordinate** daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store functioning and a high standard of service.
- **Manage the selection, training, and supervision** of staff to meet operational objectives and maintain productivity.
- **Maintain stock levels** by ordering goods, conducting stocktakes, and managing inventory control to minimize loss.
- **Ensure compliance** with occupational health and safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- **Develop and implement policies and procedures** for store operations, including sales, security, and merchandising.
- **Monitor sales performance, prepare reports**, and analyze business trends to improve profitability.
- **Resolve customer issues and complaints** in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Manage promotional activities**, advertising, and marketing to boost store traffic and drive revenue.
- **Ensure visual merchandising and product displays** are maintained in accordance with brand and operational guidelines.
- **Collaborate with senior management** to meet strategic objectives and implement company initiatives.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fuel or convenience store environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Sound financial and inventory management skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business performance.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Relevant qualifications in retail or business management (desirable).

Pay: $76,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
